Entrepreneurship is like a way to express freedom… While not all the times, entrepreneurs can enjoy the “fruit”, the journey is worth much beyond that. That’s the journey to grow. That’s those lessons and experiences throughout the journey. In this talk, I had a chance to share my own lessons learned through my entrepreneur journey of starting and growing a software company from 0 to 1000 people, 12 years ago.
