All I can tell is that I'm just an ordinary person and what I'm trying to do is to share all of the good things I've ever learned or any happy moments I've ever experienced in my life. By doing that, I would hope to encourage and shed a little happiness to anyone who hear the stories. Khi bạn ngồi xuống, nhắm mắt lại để tĩnh tâm, sẽ không còn sự khác biệt giữa một nguyên thủ quốc gia và một phó thường dân, không còn sự khác biệt giữa một giám đốc và một người nhân viên, không còn sự khác biệt giữa một đại gia và một người nghèo khó, không còn sự khác biệt giữa một người hạnh phúc và một người đang mang nhiều khổ đau nữa. Cuộc sống rất công bằng ở khía cạnh này. Không có sự khác biệt nữa, bởi vì tâm bạn đang hướng vào trong, quay trở lại với bản chất thực có của tâm mình. Đó là lúc bạn nhìn vào bên trong, thay vì nhìn ra bên ngoài và so sánh. Ai cũng cần phải nhìn vào bên trong, mới có thể thực sự phát triển được các tiềm năng tâm linh của bản thân, để có thể trở nên ý nghĩa hơn, hạnh phúc hơn trong cuộc sống này. Hãy hành thiền! Once you sit down and close your eyes to calm your mind, there will not be difference between a Prime Minister and a civilian, no difference between a CEO and a staff, no difference between a rich and a poor, no difference between a person fully in happiness and a person being burdened with too much suffering. Things suddenly become equal and life is fair from this angle. There is no difference because your mind is now steering backward to the insight, to the true self. That’s once you are looking into yourself, rather than looking outside and compare. One need to look inside in order to really un-earth and grow your spiritual potential, in order to become more meaningful, happier in this very life. Do meditate! 10 mins relaxation
